DOME IS TONITE JUST FINISHED ADJ. THE VALVES AND CHECKING THINGS LOOKS GOOD TO GO! DOME COST $20.00 TO 40.00, IT DEPENDS IF HE IS HAVING A SHOW OR NOT. TONITE IS PLANET SANDS PARTY AT DOME. BUT WE STIIL CAN RUN , EVERYONE IS WELCOME. AFTER RUNNING THE JEEP WE WILL BE SINGING. SO IF YOU HEAR SOME STRANGE NOISES OUT WEST ITS US! PEEWEE DOME WAS A LOT OF FUN WITH MIXED RESULTS. THE TRACK PREP WAS THE BEST AT DOME EVER. PLANET SAND RAN A GOOD EVENT. (FAST BIKES) WE HAD PROBLEMS WHEN WE FIRST STARTED RUNNING, TOOK 3 RUNS BEFORE WE FOUND OUR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. RAN A FEW MORE TIMES TRYING TO SLOW TO 3.95. RAN 3.82 & 3.83. DENNIS IS IT LEGAL TO DRAG A PAIR OF 20.00 TIRES? GOING BACK IN 2 WEEKS TO TEST JEEP AGAIN AND MAYBE THE CAR IF ITS READY.

| It is Monday the day after Sunday, so I am sure all the posts will be full of love and peace. Actually this is just a correction of the Sand Times article about the race in Yuma. They printed "Hammer Down Racing crew led by Dennis Rieck"'The crew is led by Dan Beard, he's the guy that kinda looks like Grizzly Adams, he is always the last guy to leave camp"Like in Yuma", at about 0200 or so and the first guy back in camp, sometimes 0600, I think he ie is drinking the NITRO!Along with Dan is the rest of the crew who keeps the small block together, so we can try to keep up with those Hemi's, after all, ours is what Amos calls, is just a little hemi! The crew deserves all the credit, they have put together more small blocks than GM. And it was only a die grinder used to reshape the cam journals. We only use a sawsall when working on stuff like crankshafts. Just wanted to make sure we got this right.HAMMERDOWN |

i couldnt agree with you more about ken larson. how many other promoters put on a race almost every other week? he also is open to new ideas and started the ratv series.
kenny's values allow me to have an activity where my whole family can participate. we will always support fasttrack racing but look forward to going to other venues also. |
