National Sand Drag Associaton is paying out more than $35,000 at our November race in San Jacinto! We invite everyone to come participate and get your "share" of the prize money. We have been working very hard to try improve the sport and believe increasing payouts is the first of many steps. Please thank and support all of our sponsors for giving us the opportunity to move forward.

Why stop there! It seems as though John Rammaker on his own has renued the East vs West challenge. Talk is cheap! The west will add $2,000.00 to the winner in Top Alcohol if a car from the East Team gets lucky and wins again. That would make a total of $6,000.00. Bring it on JOHN! Remember this is all in fun, those cars from the East we're like show cars and they all ran good. HAMMERDOWN

Shane, The only member of the Micigan Mafia is John Rammaker. Please don't think that he represents Michigan racers in any form or fashion. The comments made at the awards ceremony were Johns words and his words only and very inappropriate.

Dennis, How many cars are you expecting for top alchohol?

Is the track the same ? did you bring in more dirt or clay it looked like by the end of the race the track was starting to come around. We all know it takes time to find the right mix of H20 and dirt for a fast track. It was the smoothest track I have seen in a long time.thanx craig

TFDRAGSTER, Michigan has no top fuel cars because we have no place to run one. We have only one track in Michigan that we can run our "slow" top alchohol cars, Albright Shores. West Micihigan is a great race track but has very little shut down area. The closest track for us to race is 13 hours away in Missouri. You guys don't know how lucky you are to have the great tracks you get to in less that 4 hours. Jim Bailey finally got sick of it and sold his car this week to a very skilled racer that lives in Oklahoma. Keep in mind that the track in Hemet is 2468 miles each way from my doorstep and the average trip out west for us cost about $5000 and takes about 36 hours to get there. We plan on coming out your way 3 times next year and giving it our best shot. I hope this helps explain the fact that we really enjoy racing against you guys and we have a great time out there but its not like going to the store for a loaf of bread. P.S If I lived in California you bet your ass I would have a fuel car.
