Posted - 02/16/2009 : 11:18:33 AM I was just wanting to know on how many racers would rather have a bladed track than have the perfecta? Or field type track if dont know the perfecta. This for the pro, sportsman and bike classes. [:DI run in pro 1 and have talked to alot of other drivers at the last Yuma speedway. Almost everyone I talked to would prefer the bladed track in pro classes. I would just hope that other would answer this and maybe we can get that changed for futre races. Thank you to all that reply.

Posted - 02/18/2009 : 12:29:25 PM Originaly the alcohol cars and the fuel cars ran on the fluff, remember jody said the picture of gary mink is on fluff . Now everyone is saying fuel and alcohol ran on bladed AND THAT IS WHAT I SAID FROM THE START. The Last session on Sat was on bladed and the last session on sun was bladed the morning sessions were on fluff . Whatever I dont care . I am just a moron I am cool with that. Lets keep spining this anyway you guys want to .

Posted - 02/18/2009 : 08:04:40 AM Made some extra passes this last weekend, along with normal ones. Never had a issue with track prep... as long as there is a NSDA track to race on I wont be complaining. Had a great time watching the T/F and T/A guys set new records and put on a great show. Thank You NSDA |

Rick, I looked at all the pics of Geoff and they appear grated / flat. I do see the one of Dollarbill though on the fluffed track. I am willing to bet that was taken on Saturday when he bought extra passes. He ran it on tracks that were set up for pro 1 trying to get a handle on his car being way to fast for eliminator. What a tough problem to have.....

Posted - 02/17/2009 : 4:49:17 PM like I said its all good you guys have blown this way out of proportion. But now chachy and jody are saying I am wrong . Picture 75 of 107 is of Geoff Gill and picture 105 of 107 is Scott whipple in the final and the track is grated not fluffed . if you want we can blow it up to really see but I think you guys need to take a look . pictures say thousand words ...... Rick Jr I will pick up my 2 drums of nitro at the next race . That was a joke for you guys with no sense of humor . Like Rodney King says cant we all just get along

Posted - 02/17/2009 : 4:21:35 PM C3 can you please put up on this website a picture of Geoff Gill in the first round on Sunday . Then right next to it can you put up a picture of Geoff Gill in the final round on sunday ? Whatever it costs you to do that please call me and I will give you my credit card number over the phone . 951-897-8023. I know the alcohol cars ran on the fluff in the final round . The track was grated after each of the final passes do we agree with that ? Hey Joe do you remember any of this ? Because I talk to Butch and he agrees with what I am saying . If I am right for all this stress I want two drums of nitro lol ! |

Posted - 02/17/2009 : 4:06:10 PM Hey now guys I was just checking to see if we could possibly get bladed track for us in pro 1. It seems to be better control for us in the jeeps and better times. I was also looking at this for kinda saftey issue for the longer tavel jeeps, they seem to be all over. L ets not start some wars over I like to just have fun and be safe. Chachy you guys do the track well for bladeedd or fluffed I would just prefer bladed and most of the other I talked to in pro 1 also felt the same .
NOW LETS ALL JUST GET ALONG. YUMA WAS A BLAST............

Posted - 02/17/2009 : 3:58:52 PM Pointed right at the camera so the picture was for sure from the final on a flat track! The track was great this weekend. Please keep up the good work both both on and off the track.

Posted - 02/17/2009 : 3:30:23 PM Rick Jr. You are wrong. Check out the vids of Tom Bray on NSDN.US or the pics on Sandtimes.
Sorry, we pay to much attention to track prep to screw something like that up.
