Good AFternoon Boys and Girls,

I am working on writing an outline and notes for a power point based training program I am writing that will be used to train safety workers on various parts of racing. I am currently working on the Sand Drag portion and am looking from help from all of those subject matter experts in all of you out there. Today I have a couple questions on the heads up guys. know that I will have more as I progress in this adventure.

On the Fuel cars, crews use jumpers on the coil on most of the cars prior to rolling them. To confirm: not using these could potentially restart the car when moved if the clutch is engaged as the engine will still produce cobustion. Why is it considered essential on some and some others feel it is no big deal if they are not on. What is the difference? Is this typical of heds up only or does this condition exist in all cars?

Thanks in advince folks...

When the race is for life, We are there for you!
